After signing academic agreements with two Vietnamese academic institutions and conducting academic benchmarking, the MSEUF administrators visited historical and cultural destinations in Ho Chi Minh City.

 

The group had a bus tour with drop-off points at the Palace of Reunification, Notre Dame Cathedral, Old Post Office, Opera House, Palace of the People, French Quarter, War Remnants Museum and Cuchi Tunnels, the stronghold of the Viet Cong guerilla offensive during the war against America, and Benh Thanh Market in Chinatown.

The group also cruised Saigon River aboard a junk ship from Bach Dang quay.
