The Discipline Research Coordinator is recommended by the Dean/Director of the college/department and has a term of office for one year – renewable annually. S/he serves the following functions:

a. Represents the college/department in the University Research
    Committee;

b. Encourages faculty members in his/her college/department to engage
    in research;

c. Attends Research Capability Building Seminar (RCBS);

d. Assists the MSEUF Research and Publications Center in monitoring
    on-going research projects and activities;

e. Submits annual research plan and accomplishment reports to the
    Director; and

f. Undertakes other tasks related to or implied from the above
   enumerated functions and/or other functions related to research
   activities of the college/department as specified by the VP for
   Academic Affairs, the Dean, and Director of the MSEUF Research and
   Publications Center.
